We ask at least four weeks' notice for bookings, though exceptions can be made if our schedule permits. To fast-track your inquiry, email the following details: date of event, number of people, service time, location and per-person budget (it really helps to know ahead of time).
Herbs & Spices Catering would not have grown into one of Pittsburgh's most in-demand catering concerns were it not for early (and often repeat) clients from the arts and nonprofit community. Therefore, we are committed to reciprocating that support in the form of food & beverage donations, on a case-by-case basis. We can also offer our services as a form of sponsorship, should your event include a printed program, advertising or other promotional media. For donations and sponsorships, we offer a large variety of dips, salsas and spreads, which we package for pick-up at the Quiet Storm on the day of your event. We include crackers, chips and breads, and tableware should you require it. We also provide catering brochures and business cards and ask that you display them at the event. It's best to request as early as possible; unfortunately, not all requests can be fulfilled. Donation & sponsorship requests may be directed to jilly at quietstormcoffee dot com.
